Gray Star Sapphire
This natural star sapphire gem was mined, cut,
and polished in Sri Lanka (Ceylon).
It makes great Ceylon star sapphire collector gem just as it is, although this
beautiful gem could also be set into a unique star sapphire jewelry design.
This near colorless gem has light silvery gray color with just the faintest touch
of blue-gray (100% natural color; it is unheated and untreated).
This genuine
star sapphire is semi-transparent with a very even background, and it has a
well developed natural 6-ray star.
